Cortinarius livido-ochraceus — Cortinariaceae
Medium mushroom. Cap bell-shaped, becoming nearly flat, with a small umbo; surface viscid, yellowish-tan shaded to a deeper brown at the center, with radiating striations. Gills notched, pale violet-brown, darkening. Stalk tall, thickish, pallid but developing yellow-brown tones on lower portion. Veil sparse. Mycorrhizal.
Habitat: In small groups in deep debris under Douglas-fir and Western Hemlock.
