Small to medium mushroom. Cap saddle-shaped to somewhat irregular, the margin turned towards the stalk but not attached. Upper surface medium brown to gray-brown, smooth; lower surface paler than the upper, smooth. Stalk equal, slender, colored as the cap or paler, round in cross-section. Saprophytic.
Habitat: Scattered in deep debris under conifers, often Western Redcadar.
