Small to large mushroom. Convex cap aging to uplifted, margin incurved when young, yellowish, becoming paler with age, hygrophanous, striate. Stalk yellow or greenish-yellow, fading, equal, smooth or with tiny hairs. Decurrent gills, similar color as cap, fading. Saprophytic.
Habitat: Scattered to large groups, on bark chips, Douglas-fir and Western hemlock forest.
