Small mushroom. Conical cap, becoming bell-shaped, and then umbonate, bright orange, fading to yellowish or whitish. Marginal lines when wet. Gills attached, whitish fading to yellowish. Stalk tall relative to cap, whitish with yellowish base, slender, equal, sometimes with longitudinal fibers. Saprophytic.
