Small to medium mushroom. Conical cap, broadening then umbonate, grayish to brownish yellow, tinged green, hygrophanous, striate near darker center. Gills attached to notched, whitish to tan with pinkish to yellow edges. Stalk slightly enlarged at base, striate near top, fibrillose, yellowish to olive-gray, fading, sometimes striate. Saprophytic.
Habitat: Scattered to gregarious, disturbed habitats, in coniferous forest.
