Neolentinus adhaerens — Polyporaceae
Small to medium mushroom. Convex cap, often with central depression and toothed margin with grooves, whitish to buff with dark center, striate. Cap hygrophanous, scaly, developing amber resin spots, hardening to patches. Gills decurrent but short, cream becoming yellowish or reddish brown, fringed edges. Stalk off-center, lateral, swollen base, pale above, darkening at base. Saprophytic.
